This bodyweight fitness program offers a straightforward weekly regimen focused on fundamental exercises. Bypassing advertisements ensures an uninterrupted experience.
- Workout Structure: The program includes essential movements such as pull-ups, push-ups, and squats, organized into a strategic three-day schedule.
- Progressive Levels: The numbers of each exercise are predetermined, tailored to your current fitness level.
Program Breakdown:
- Day 1 – Endurance Training: Complete as many rounds as possible within a 20-minute timeframe.
- Day 2 – Strength Training: Perform 5 rounds with a 3-minute rest between each round.
- Day 3 – Level Test: Challenge yourself to finish the workout in under 5 minutes to advance to the next level.
While it is recommended to complete all three workouts within the same week, adjustments can be made based on individual needs.
